Metanoia means a change in personal beliefs, amongst other "lolgreek" meanings. Glad you know now.

Hello, you've stumbled upon the fledgling blog of Madison Winter. ("Maddy" simply will not do, however, I had been known as "Madz" by a few close friends in my day.)
I rather like it, it speaks a lot about me as a person, which is something (I imagine) those who've become novelty acts in our society (Hello My Name Is: Apple) cannot safely say. We've got a rather historically masculine first name which has recently appeared everywhere thanks to a certain little wayward mermaid, and a simply understood surname that is in fact my favorite season. And one that I find is underrated. But then, find driving vehicles overrated, and I'm sure no one appreciates a good snow squall while chugging along an icy thruway. Anyway, MW is quite please to speak her name freely online.
However, this is my first blog, but I do know a thing or two about blogging and the internet in general. *praises 7chan's current demise*
Exactly the reason I've been so apprehensive about making on of these things in the first place, you see. But I finally yielded, I suppose it can't do me more harm than good, if any harm at all.
As all banal first blog posts go, there isn't much here aside from a bit of a rambling introduction. Big wh00p. However, I intend to make this banter-laden notch on the Blogspot server's belt something of my own, something that I can be proud of and not look at in disdain in 3 or so years.
*imagines the grandchildren of some of the unlucky bastards that currently decorate Encyclopedia Dramatica, the ones that could even bare children, anyway.*

So if your mind is open, curious, and most importantly, respectful (in a world of annonimoty? Fat chance.), please enjoy whatever the contents here should eventually hold. This may include rants/reviews/art/prose/the usual vomit of doey eyed young hopefuls whose pitifulness is matched only by their desperation that internet age is sure to exploit for "t3h lulz."
Oh my, MW is entirely presumptuous and cynical, such a pity. Who knows, maybe something worthwhile will develop in the long run. Now, I myself must run. Toodles. ;)
